Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Waalwijk is seeking a Team Coordinator to coordinate the work in our multi-client warehouse. You will be visible on the floor, guide a team of Operators and Flex workers, and work closely with the Team Leader to ensure smooth operations from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

You have logistics experience, are decisive and well organized, and you speak English fluently. A valid means of transport is required, as public transport options are limited.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work experience in a logistics environment.
• Decisive, well-organized, and considerate.
• Master the English language verbally and in writing.
• Own transportation is mandatory.
• Available to work full-time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues on the workfloor.
• Ensure the efficient preparation and execution of tasks within your sub-process.
• Share information and, in consultation with your Team Leader, take the initiative to implement process improvements.
• Report on work progress to your Team Leader.
