Job summary

CEVA Logistics Tilburg is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate a team of 20–25 Operators and Flex workers on site in Tilburg. You will lead on the floor with a hands-on approach, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and applying LEAN principles to drive continuous improvement.

YOUR ROLE

At our location in Tilburg, we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Warehouse Supervisor. In this versatile role as Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you will coordinate a team of Warehouse Operators and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You will be clearly visible on the work floor, leading the team with a hands‑on mentality while monitoring progress and productivity. You’ll make sure processes are carried out according to plan, identifying problems and keeping a clear overview. As someone familiar with logistics processes, you’ll be immediately up and running, applying the LEAN philosophy to drive continuous improvement. With a flexible mindset, you’ll adapt to shifting workdays and report to the Process Supervisor at our Nokia site in Tilburg.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.820,26 and €3.621,43 and 8% holiday pay (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
• You will start with a one‑year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
