Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Warehouse Supervisor for our Nieuwegein location. You will supervise a team of Warehouse Operators, coach them, and ensure KPI targets are met.

You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor, working with three other Assistant Supervisors to keep the team engaged and productive. The role requires several years of supervisory experience in a logistics environment, and a willingness to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• At least mbo (secondary vocational) working and thinking level.
• Several years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a logistics role is required.
• Willingness to work different shifts.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Determine daily capacity requirements.
• Guide and supervise your team in daily tasks.
• Monitor and adjust operational progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Resolve problems beyond employees’ control.
• Manage stock of consumables and packaging materials.
• Cover Supervisor duties in their absence.
• Participate in improvement projects and propose changes to your manager.
