Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Team Coordinator at the bol. fulfilment center in Waalwijk, NL. You will coordinate, guide and motivate a team of Operators and Flex workers across two shifts, ensuring smooth operations from 7:00-15:30 and 15:30-00:00.

You report to the Process Team Leader while maintaining a hands-on, proactive approach. You bring proven logistics experience, decisive and orderly work style, and fluent English skills.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a logistics environment.
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are required.
• Master English verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse the team of Operators and Flex workers.
• Identify and solve problems in the workplace.
• Make preparations for efficient execution of the work within the sub-process.
• Inform and, in consultation with the Team Leader, pick up process improvements.
• Report the progress of the work to the Team Leader.
