Job summary

Gi Group Netherlands is seeking a Warehouse Teamlead in Almere to oversee daily warehouse activities, manage a on-floor team and ensure targets are met in a fast-paced fashion logistics setting. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with Supervisors and Operations Managers to optimize workflows, while maintaining safety, quality, and process adherence.

• Report progress and improvement opportunities to management.

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Teamlead, you coordinate and guide a warehouse team within a dynamic fashion logistics environment. You ensure daily targets are achieved, processes run smoothly, and your team remains motivated and engaged. You act as a visible floor leader, monitoring performance, solving operational challenges, and maintaining high standards in productivity, safety, and quality. Working closely with Supervisors and Operations Managers, you help optimize workflows and support peak periods to keep operations running at top performance.

Summary of activities you will do as a Warehouse Teamlead:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities;

• Collaborate closely with Supervisors and Operations Managers to optimize workflows;
• Report operational progress and improvement opportunities deviations to management.

Job requirements:

• Experience in logistics; fashion logistics is a strong advantage;
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch;
• Hands‑on leadership style: visible on the floor, structured, and solution‑oriented;
• Comfortable working with WMS systems and MS Office;
• VCA certification or willingness to obtain it;
• Flexible availability across multiple shifts (morning, evening, and on peak periods in a night shift).

Conditions for our future Warehouse Teamlead:

• A direct contract and competitive salary of €3,200 – €3,600 gross per month depending on experience;
• 8.75% shift allowance for working in two shifts;
• Travel allowance for daily commuting to Almere;
