Job description

We are looking for an experienced team leader to manage our Warehouse team in Soesterberg. As a Teamleider Warehouse, you will be responsible for coaching, guiding, and motivating your team to achieve the best results.

About the role

In this position, you will work in a 2-ploegendienst and be responsible for improving the team's results and processes. Your day will consist of tasks such as:

• Coaching and motivating employees with a focus on 'LEAN working;
• Coordinating daily activities, monitoring work progress, and providing additional instructions;
• Ensuring optimal use of personnel capacity;
• Planning internal logistics using the WMS system;
• Resolving problems that arise;
• Ensuring that team members are multifunctional;
• Contributing to improvements and implementing changes within the Warehouse;
• Conducting stand-up meetings;
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (e.g., RI&E, HACCP, BR, C).

What we expect from you

• We are looking for someone who can motivate people and has good communication skills. You should also have experience with the entire daily logistic warehouse process and meet the following profile:
• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level;
• Relevant experience in leadership;
• Knowledge and experience with a WMS system;
• Ability to work in a solution-oriented and results-driven manner;
• Ability to plan and organize;
• Knowledge/experience with lean principles is a plus.
