VERSADO Personeelsdiensten seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in a modern, automated Venlo warehouse. You will oversee about 30 staff, coordinate with customer service and the control room, and generate management information to drive improvements.
The role requires experience in 3PL logistics, strong English skills, and knowledge of WMS, KPIs, and reporting. Shifts may vary from 6:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00, with a salary range of €2,900–€4,100.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll strengthen their team. Every day, you'll lead a team of around 30 people across multiple departments, depending on workload. You'll support the team leads, stay in touch with customer service and the control room, among others. You'll also prepare various reports / management information yourself and stay in close contact with the Warehouse Manager, among others. You're able to think and act quickly, make decisions, and weigh the right options for both the team and the organization. Safety always comes first for you. Whether that means optimizing warehouse processes or getting fitter together by going for a run with colleagues after work. You challenge each other every day!
Every day, you monitor planning, operations, targets / KPIs, and analyze all data, translating it into possible operational actions.
Preparing reports / management information.
You manage absenteeism, conduct performance and development conversations, and lead the daily start-up and/or other meetings.
Accurately handling and documenting near misses, PC failures, scanners that don't work or need replacing, or equipment damage.
You contribute to (Kaizen) improvement projects, working together with engineering, project management and IT, among others.
Extensive experience within a 3PL logistics environment.
You have a good command of the English language.
Knowledge of WMS, management information, KPIs and reporting.
You're willing to work in shifts, with working hours that may vary from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to midnight.
