Job summary

More Recruitment is seeking an experienced Logistics Team Lead for our Amsterdam location. You will work with another Team Lead to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations and lead, coach, and motivate the team with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement.

We offer a salary between €2,700 and €3,600 gross per month for a 40-hour week, with day shifts and opportunities for training and development in an international and professional environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as Warehouse Team Lead, Team Leader or similar.
• Experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Energetic, proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute the daily operational activities.
• Lead, coach and motivate warehouse employees.
• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety and KPIs.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure orders are processed completely and on time.
• Communicate with Customer Service regarding daily activities and operational matters.
• Contribute to projects focused on process improvement and efficiency.
• Work with a Warehouse Management System and handle HR-related activities.
• Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
