Job summary

Olympia Uitzendbureau in Moerdijk is seeking a (junior) Warehouse Team Leader to supervise a team of 10 to 12 employees in a modern logistics environment. You’ll support daily operations and contribute to process improvements.

This dynamic role offers a salary up to €3,000 gross per month, shift allowances, vacation days, and opportunities for career advancement.

As a (junior) Warehouse Team Leader

You will work alongside an experienced team and supervise a group of 10 to 12 employees. You will be visibly present on the work floor, supporting the daily coordination of operations. You work closely with the Supervisor and be given the space to grow in your role.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the supervision and guidance of warehouse employees;
• Working on the floor to ensure smooth daily operations;
• Identifying operational bottlenecks and discussing them with your manager;
• Contributing to the improvement of work processes;
• Monitoring basic safety and quality regulations;
• Working with simple reports and developing basic Excel skills.
