CEVA Logistics is seeking a Team Coordinator based at the Fulfillment Center in Waalwijk, Netherlands. You will coordinate and lead a team of Operators and Flex workers across two shifts, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and a proactive approach to process improvements.

With solid logistics experience and fluent English, you will identify and resolve issues on the floor, report to the Team Leader, and maintain a hands-on, decisive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work experience in a logistics environment.
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are important.
• Must master English verbally and in writing.
• Own transportation is mandatory due to limited public transport to the warehouse.
• Available full-time and able to work flexibly.

YOUR ROLE

As Team Coordinator, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the work floor; you have a strong personality and a 'hands-on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. You work in 2 shifts, report to the Teamleader of the process. You are working from bol. Fulfilment Center in Waalwijk.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• You identify and solve problems in the workplace;
• You also prepare for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process;
• You inform and in consultation with your Team Leader, you pick up process improvements;
• You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader.

• You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.608,26 and €3.346,43 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
