Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Bleiswijk runs a highly mechanized fulfillment center for Europe’s leading fashion platform, Zalando. As Team Lead Packing you will lead a sub-process within the packing and expedition flow, guiding a team of 20 to 75 operators and 2 to 4 coordinators, and reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will focus on developing your people, optimizing the overall process, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night) with a 24/6 schedule and

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience in a leading position in a dynamic environment.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and able to handle stress.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work a 3-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation and achieve KPI’s and plans.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate team members.
• Collaborate with the Control Room to optimize processes.
• Improve efficiency of people, resources and machines.
• Propose logistics improvement initiatives.
• Perform measurements, reports, and analyses.
