Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Team Lead Packing in Bleiswijk to lead a fast-paced packing and expedition sub-process within a highly automated distribution center for a major fashion platform. You will supervise 20–75 operators and 2–4 coordinators, drive daily operations, and report to the Operations Manager.

You will develop your team, optimize resources and machines, and implement improvements while maintaining safety and a clean working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in a dynamic logistics environment.
• Ability to coach, develop, and evaluate team members.
• Strong organizational and KPI-driven mindset.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the packing sub-process.
• Coach and evaluate team of 20–75 operators and 2–4 coordinators.
• Achieve KPIs and operational plans in coordination with Control Room.
• Improve overall process efficiency and safety.
