Job summary

Qualifications

• MBO or Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Accurate, proactive, and strong communication skills.
• Available to work according to the applicable shift schedule.
• Experience within a logistics or warehouse environment is an advantage.

YOUR TASKS

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you are the link between operations and support departments, ensuring warehouse processes run efficiently every day. You investigate operational challenges, analyse data, and work closely with multiple stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements that keep our logistics operation performing at its best.

You'll become part of the Warehouse Support team, working closely with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and other internal departments. In this role, you report to the Assistant Supervisor or Supervisor and collaborate daily with colleagues to continuously improve warehouse performance.

We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Support Specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic logistics environment and is passionate about solving operational challenges.

• MBO (Vocational) or Bachelor's degree;
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP;
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis;
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities;
• Accurate, proactive, and strong communication skills;
• Available to work according to the applicable shift schedule;
• Experience within a logistics or warehouse environment is an advantage.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,607 and €3,349 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
