Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Venray is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a department, coach a team of 20-60, and drive improvements using Lean principles. The role reports to the Operations Manager and hours run from 08:00 to 18:00, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

You will work with Engineering, HR and Operations Management to achieve targets, develop the team, and maintain a driven, professional atmosphere. This position offers a path for career growth within CEVA Logistics.

Qualifications

• Has at least 3 years of experience managing a logistics or warehouse department.
• Enjoys coaching people and working with other departments.
• Takes health and safety seriously and leads by example.
• Communicates well in English, both spoken and written.
• Recognizes improvement opportunities and takes initiative.
• Is familiar with LEAN tools such as 5S and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating your warehouse department.
• Coaching, motivating and developing your team.
• Achieving operational targets and monthly KPIs.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
