Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Nieuwegein is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of Warehouse Operators, coach, and guide them toward achieving KPIs. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and participate in improvement projects to optimise processes.

The role involves supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing stock of consumables and packaging. Working hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• At least mbo level
• Several years of supervisory experience
• Experience in a logistics role is a must
• Flexible attitude to work various shifts
• Good command of both Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Determine daily capacity requirements
• Guide and supervise your team in daily tasks
• Monitor and adjust operational progress
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Solve problems that employees cannot or are not allowed to solve
• Manage stock of consumables and packaging materials
• Take over supervisor tasks in their absence
• Participate in projects to improve processes and propose improvements
