Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the Netherlands is seeking a Team Lead Receiving for the bol. Fulfillment Center in Waalwijk. You will lead a 20-strong operators team plus around 30 flex workers and two Team Coordinators, guiding daily operations and developing your people.

You’ll optimize the sub-process design, report to the Operations Manager, and work in a two-shift system (morning and evening). The role emphasizes coaching, KPI achievement, and continuous improvement within LEAN/5S principles.

Qualifications

• You are a people manager by nature and have previously managed a team in a similar work environment.
• HBO work and thinking level.
• You are ambitious, hardworking and stress resistant.
• You have at least 3 years of work experience in a dynamic work environment.
• You are an inspiring leader with an ambitious, driven mindset.
• Fulltime available and flexible in a 2-shift system.
• Good command of the English language verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Managing, coaching, developing and evaluating the employees in your team.
• Leading the daily operations and responsible for achieving KPI’s and plans.
• In cooperation with colleagues and the Controlroom you makethe right decisions for an optimal overall process.
• Optimizing the efficiency of people and resources.
• Making improvement proposals regarding the logistics process.
• Carrying out measurements, making reports and analyses.
• Conducting performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling.
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment (LEAN/5S).
