CEVA Logistics in Venray is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a department, coach a team of 20-60, and drive improvements using Lean principles. The role reports to the Operations Manager and hours run from 08:00 to 18:00, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

You will work with Engineering, HR and Operations Management to achieve targets, develop the team, and maintain a driven, professional atmosphere. This position offers a path for career growth within CEVA Logistics.

Job description

At CEVA Logistics in Venray 2, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who brings structure, energy and ownership to the floor. In this role, you lead one of our warehouse departments and make sure your team performs at its best every day. You are the person who keeps the operation moving, coaches people, drives improvements and helps us deliver excellent service to our healthcare customers. No two days are the same — and that is exactly what makes this role exciting.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you manage and organize the daily activities within your department. Together with your Assistant Warehouse Supervisors and warehouse team, you ensure that operations run safely, efficiently and according to plan.

You monitor performance, follow up on KPIs and take action where needed. You also look for opportunities to improve processes using LEAN principles such as Kaizen and 5S. Safety, quality, productivity and teamwork are always top of mind. Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating your warehouse department;
• Coaching, motivating and developing your team;
• Achieving operational targets and monthly KPIs;

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

Your workplace is at one of our locations in Venray, where we have a campus of four warehouses! There you will be part of the Warehouse Operations Team, consisting around 20-60 colleagues assisted by Assistant Warehouse Supervisors Together you ensure that the orders are processed in a good and fast way. You will do this in a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to the Operations Manager and your working hours vary between 08:00 AM and 18:00 PM.

• A gross monthly salary between € 3.034 and € 4.462 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
