Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a hands-on Team Coordinator Receiving for our Fulfillment Center in Waalwijk. You will lead Operators and Flex workers, resolve on-floor issues, and ensure smooth task execution with a proactive, process-improvement mindset.

Fluency in English is essential and a full-time on-site role is expected. We offer a one-year contract with potential permanent employment, 25 vacation days, a strong pension plan, travel reimbursement, and access to CEVA Academy for development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work experience in a logistics environment.
• Decisive, orderly, and proactive mindset.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire the team of Operators and Flex workers.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-floor issues.
• Ensure efficient preparation and execution of tasks within your subprocess.
• Share information and implement process improvements in consultation with your Supervisor.
• Report work progress to your Supervisor.
