Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances in Tilburg zoekt een magazijnmedewerker voor een 3-ploegendienst. Je combineert fysiek werk met administratie en verwerkt grondstoffen voor productie en externe klanten, met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Je werkt met RF-scanners, SAP en heftruck/reachtruck en draagt bij aan een efficiënte logistiek. Het bedrijf biedt aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Fulltime beschikbaar in een 3-ploegensysteem.
• Ervaring met heftruck en bij voorkeur reachtruck.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels (min. B2 niveau).

Responsibilities

• Zwaar te verwerken grondstoffen wegen en verwerken (poeders en vloeistoffen).
• Grondstoffen voor productie preperen en leveren.
• Grondstofvoorraad aanvullen en beheren.

Job description

Wat je gaat doen

As a warehouse operator, you are an essential part of the process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that raw materials are delivered to internal production departments and external customers accurately and on time.

You will combine physical work with administrative tasks. Safety, accuracy, and quality are central to everything you do. In this role, you will use equipment such as RF scanners and SAP, and operate a forklift or reach truck to organize the work efficiently.

What will you do?

• Accurately weigh and process raw materials (powders and liquids)
• Prepare and supply raw materials for production
• Replenish and manage raw material inventory
• Scan and check products according to quality requirements
• Perform various warehouse tasks using a forklift, reach truck, or combi truck

Working Hours – 3 shifts

• Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night: 23:0 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17,73, excluding shift allowance;
• 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked;
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance;
• 13 ADV days and a 13th-month payment incorporated into a flexible benefits budget;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km;
• Temporary contract through Start People, with the possibility of a permanent contract based on good performance.

Functie-eisen

• Available to work full-time in a 3-shift system;
• Experience operating a forklift; experience with a reach truck is a major advantage. Is your certificate no longer valid? No problem—we can arrange this for you!;
• Good command of Dutch or English (minimum B2 level);
• You work accurately and safely and are physically fit.
