Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg zoekt gemotiveerde kandidaten voor de productie van grondstoffen tot geurcomponenten die wereldwijd in voeding, cosmetica en parfums worden gebruikt.

Je werkt in drie ploegen: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00 en 23:00-07:00, en verwerkt grondstoffen volgens recepten. Start People biedt marktconforme voorwaarden, inclusief ploegentoeslag en verlofregelingen.

Qualifications

• Engels beheersen.
• Er is geen minimale opleiding vereist.

Responsibilities

• Het verzamelen van grondstoffen volgens recepten met een mobiele weegstation.
• Nauwkeurig wegen en verwerken van ingrediënten (tot 30 stuks per batch).
• Verschillende fragrance-materialen mixen en voorbereiden voor verdere verwerking.
• Apparatuur bedienen en controleren.
• Een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkplek onderhouden.
• Alle veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften opvolgen.
• Actief samenwerken met collega’s voor een optimale productie.

Wat je gaat doen

For the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as food and cosmetics.

Your responsibilities

• Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station;
• Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch);
• Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing;
• Operating and monitoring equipment;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace;
• Following all safety and quality regulations;
• Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process.

3 shifts

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17,73 + 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
• 13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
• Training to become an allround operator
• A contract directly at IFF in the future

Functie-eisen

• At least 3 years of experience in production (for example, in the food, pharma or process industry)
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3 shift system
• MBO+ work and thinking ability
• Reliable, independent, and not afraid of strong scents
• Physically fit; lifting up to 20 kg is no problem for you
