Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances zoekt een aankomend Scent Operator in Tilburg. Je levert een bijdrage aan de productie van hoogwaardige geurstoffen die wereldwijd worden toegepast in producten zoals reinigingsmiddelen, cosmetica en parfums.

Je werkt in een moderne, internationale omgeving waarin teamwork en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. Je weegt, mengt en verwerkt grondstoffen nauwkeurig volgens strikte veiligheid- en kwaliteitsnormen, binnen een 5-ploegendienst.

Qualifications

• Goed beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels (min. B2).
• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als productie medewerker of operator.
• Precisie bij tillen tot 25 kg en fysieke belastbaarheid.
• Bereid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken.
• Comfortabel werken met geuren en chemische stoffen.

Responsibilities

• Weeg grondstoffen volgens recepten met een mobiele weegstation.
• Zorgvuldig wegen en verwerken van ingrediënten, soms tot 30 ingrediënten per batch.
• Bereid geurstoffen voor op verdere verwerking door mengen.
• Bewaken en bedienen van apparatuur zodat het productie proces goed verloopt.
• Onderhoud van een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkplek volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.

As an upcoming Scent Operator at International Flavors & Fragrances in Tilburg, you will contribute to the production of high-quality fragrance ingredients used worldwide in products such as detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.

You will work in a modern, international environment where teamwork and accuracy are key. In this role, you will focus on carefully weighing, mixing, and processing raw materials according to strict safety and quality standards.

What you will do

• Weigh raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station
• Accurately weigh and process ingredients, sometimes up to 30 ingredients per batch
• Prepare fragrance materials for further processing by mixing them
• Monitor and operate equipment to ensure the production process runs smoothly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace in accordance with all safety and quality regulations

5 Shift Working Hours

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 23:00
• 23:00 – 07:00

• Hourly wage of €20.69 + 30% shift allowance, paid on all hours worked;

Functie-eisen

• Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum B2 level);
• At least 3 years of experience as a production worker or operator;
• Accurate and physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg;
Willing to work in a 5-shift schedule;
• Comfortable working with fragrances and chemical substances.
