Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances zoekt een nauwkeurige en proactieve medewerker voor verzending van monsters vanuit Tilburg. Je werkt in een snelle omgeving en bereidt wereldwijde leveringen voor met aandacht voor IATA-voorschriften.

Ervaring met SAP is een asset en een Reachtruck-certificaat is gewenst of bereidheid om dit te leren. Daarnaast draag je bij aan nauwkeurige documentatie en een vlotte samenwerking met zowel lokale als internationale teams, met een duidelijke focus op tijdige

Qualifications

• Volledige beschikbaarheid in een dayshift, fulltime.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels op minimaal B1-niveau.
• Nauwkeurigheid en een precieze werkstijl.
• Om onder tijdsdruk pakketten op tijd te verzenden.
• Beschikking over een Reachtruck-certificaat of bereid dit te leren.
• In staat om VOG te verkrijgen.

Responsibilities

• Monster verzamelen, wegen en klaarzetten voor wereldwijde verzending.
• Monsters verpakken en verzenden volgens IATA-regels.
• Gevaarlijke goederen-documentatie opmaken en bestellingen in SAP verwerken.
• Reachtruck bedienen om goederen efficiënt te verplaatsen.
• Samenwerken met lokale en internationale teams voor tijdige leveringen.

Wat je gaat doen

Working inside the fast-paced Sample Lab, you will be the driving force behind getting IFF's world-famous flavors and fragrances safely packed and shipped across the globe.

• You pick, weigh, and prepare fragrance and flavor samples for global shipment, working closely with a diverse and supportive team to maintain high standards.
• You pack and ship samples accurately, which includes handling dangerous goods according to strict IATA regulations.
• You prepare dangerous goods documentation for air transport and smoothly process incoming orders directly in SAP.
• You operate a reach truck to move and store goods efficiently within the warehouse facility.
• You maintain a clean and organized workspace while collaborating with local and international teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Wat we je bieden

Working hours: dayshift, flexible hours between 07:00 and 17:00.

• You earn an attractive monthly salary of over €3,100, which is built on a strong and competitive hourly wage of €18,35.
• 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance and a 13th-month payment (managed via a flexible budget).
• Travel allowance: €0.21 per kilometer.
• Work at IFF's largest production site in a clean and international setting at the Kraaiven industrial estate in Tilburg.

Functie-eisen

• You bring fulltime availability in a dayshift.
• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English with a minimum of B1 level communication skills.
• You possess attention to detail combined with a accurate working style.
• You handle time pressure with ease, ensuring that critical samples are always packed and shipped on schedule.
• You hold a valid reachtruck certificate to safely move materials around the facility or you are willing to learn.
• You are fully able to request and obtain a VOG or Certificate of Conduct.
