Job summary

IFF in Tilburg zoekt gemotiveerde operators voor de Taste-afdeling. Je verwerkt grondstoffen volgens recepten en bereidt geurstoffen voor verwerking, met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Je werkt in een drieploegendienst en ontvangt een brutoloon van €17,73 per uur plus 20,5% ploegentoeslag. Daarnaast 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, ADV-dagen en een 13e maand in een flexibel budget, plus reiskostenvergoeding.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 3 jaar productie-ervaring in voedsel, farmaceutische of procesindustrie.
• Fulltime beschikbaarheid en bereidheid tot 3-ploegendienst.
• Betrouwbaar, zelfstandig en bestand tegen sterke geuren.
• Fysiek fit; tillen tot 20 kg geen probleem.

Responsibilities

• Verzamelen van grondstoffen volgens recepten met een mobiele weegwagen.
• Nauwkeurig wegen en verwerken van ingrediënten (tot 30 per batch).
• Mengen en voorbereiden van geurstoffen voor verdere verwerking.
• Bedienen en controleren van apparatuur.
• Veilig en schoon houden van de werkplek.
• Volgen van alle veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
• Actief samenwerken met collega's voor een optimale productie.

Wat je gaat doen

For the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as food and cosmetics.

Your responsibilities

• Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station;
• Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch);
• Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing;
• Operating and monitoring equipment;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace;
• Following all safety and quality regulations;
• Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process.

Shifts

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 23:00
• 23:00 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17,73 + 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked

Functie-eisen

• At least 3 years of experience in production (for example, in the food, pharma or process industry)
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3 shift system
• MBO+ work and thinking ability
• Reliable, independent, and not afraid of strong scents
• Physically fit; lifting up to 20 kg is no problem for you
