Job summary

Een toonaangevend geur- en smaakbedrijf in Tilburg zoekt een gemotiveerde operator voor de geurafdeling. Als operator werk je met een mobiel weegstation om ingrediënten te verzamelen en te verwerken voor hoogwaardige producten. Vereisten zijn onder andere een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en/of Engels, minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de productie en de bereidheid om fysiek werk tot 25 kg te verrichten. Dit rol biedt een aantrekkelijk uurloon van €20,69 plus 30% toeslag.

Qualifications

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels (minimaal niveau B2).
• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als productiemedewerker of operator.
• Geen bezwaar tegen fysiek werk tot 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Grondstoffen verzamelen volgens recepten met een mobiele weegstation.
• Ingrediënten nauwkeurig wegen en verwerken.
• Fragrance-materialen mengen en voorbereiden voor verdere verwerking.
• Bediening en monitoring van apparatuur.

Wat je gaat doen

For the Scent department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes. As an upcoming operator, you will work in a fixed team using a mobile weighing station equipped with a computer and scale. Based on recipes, you collect, weigh, and process various raw materials (both powders and liquids) that form the basis of IFF's high-quality products.

• Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station;
• Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch);
• Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing;
• Operating and monitoring equipment;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace;
• Following all safety and quality regulations;
• Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process.

Working hours

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 07:00

Functie-eisen

• Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum level B2)
• Experience as a production employee or operator with a minimum of 3 years
• Accurate and detail-oriented, with no objection to physical work up to 25 kg
• Willingness to work in a 5 shift system
• Comfortable working with fragrances and chemical substances
• Physically fit, reliable, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
