Job summary

YunExpress Netherlands, Gouda, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily functions, ensure accurate inbound/outbound goods, and drive safety and efficiency.

You will lead a team, schedule tasks, monitor performance, and coordinate with quality-control and logistics teams to resolve returns, exceptions, and inventory issues. Fluency in English and Chinese is required, Dutch a plus. This on-site role focuses on process improvement and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, returns, and exception handling.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to prepare basic reports.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements in warehouse environments.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, inspected, stored, identified, and tracked.
• Lead team scheduling, task allocation, training, and daily performance to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage returned, damaged, abnormal, and suspected quality-issue goods, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and safe use of equipment and facilities.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain and analyze warehouse data and prepare reports to support performance monitoring and planning.
