Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in the Netherlands (Veenendaal) is seeking a hands-on Coordinator to supervise daily warehouse operations, lead teams and uphold safety and efficiency.

You will drive task allocation, training, and Lean improvements on the shop floor while promoting a proactive, results-driven culture. The role emphasizes strong communication in English, with Dutch as a beneficial plus; forklift/reach truck certificates are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or similar operational environment.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
• Forklift and reach truck certificates would be beneficial but not essential.
• Good command of English, and Dutch would be beneficial, with strong communication skills.
• Proactive and result-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse staff and assigning tasks.
• Ensuring accurate execution and meeting quality standards.
• Participating in Lean initiatives on the shop floor.
• Training employees and promoting team dynamics.
• Identifying and reporting process improvements.
• Consciously reducing environmental impact.
