Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 6 months of warehouse management experience; overseas warehouse experience preferred.
• Fluent in English for communication with overseas clients and teams.
• Familiar with WMS and related software; strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities to lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of department staff, including training, scheduling, and coordination across processes.
• Ensure SOP compliance and daily warehouse inspections by staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to enable efficient operations.
• Address issues such as shortages or damaged goods and propose improvements.
• Regularly summarize inbound data and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Supervise and ensure proper use and maintenance of inbound equipment, ensuring safety.
