Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Work Experience: At least six months of warehouse management experience; overseas warehouse management experience preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; able to communicate with overseas clients/teams.
• Skills: Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software; strong data analysis and problem-solving.
• Leadership: Strong team leadership and organizational skills; able to lead a team to meet goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: daily management of department staff, training, scheduling, and coordination across processes.
• Inventory Control: ensure SOP adherence and daily warehouse inspections by staff.
• Communication and Coordination: strong cross-department collaboration for efficient operations.
• Problem Solving: promptly address issues such as shortages or damage and propose improvements.
• Data Analysis: summarize inbound data and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Equipment Maintenance: supervise use and maintenance of inbound equipment, ensuring safety.
