Job summary

Loom Talent in the Netherlands is seeking an IT Automation Support Engineer to back warehouse automation platforms across three sites (Almelo, Roosendaal, Bergen op Zoom), with travel between sites required.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for warehouse automation software, troubleshoot issues, and work with IT, warehouse ops and external partners to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

Experience in IT/application support or a technical support environment.
Experience with warehouse systems or logistics technology is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication with technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for warehouse automation software.
Troubleshoot system, integration and communication issues.
Analyse logs and data to identify root causes.
Support AutoStore and Kardex WCS.
Work with WMS and IT teams to resolve issues.
Liaise with automation suppliers and manage technical tickets.
Support software updates, testing and system changes.
Monitor systems and identify issues before they impact operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation.
