Zusammenfassung

Bynder is seeking a VP of Operations to unify Revenue Operations, Business Applications and Customer Insights under one roof. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead an approx.

20-person team across Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, and Enterprise systems, building a single source of truth and scalable go-to-market execution. This builder's mandate focuses on AI-powered transformation, data-driven forecasting and value creation, partnering with commercial leadership to drive margin, growth and performance

Qualifikationen

12+ years in Revenue Operations or related field within high-growth B2B SaaS.
Proven track record leading multiple functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing or Partner Ops) with ownership of apps.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.

Aufgaben

Lead a unified Operations function spanning Revenue Ops, Business Applications and Customer Insights.
Drive GTM execution, forecasting, and pipeline health with measurable targets.
Oversee Salesforce CPQ and enterprise application stack including Planhat and related integrations.
