Job summary

Bynder is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the detailed solution design for a major Salesforce re-architecture, implementing Agentforce Revenue Management atop Revenue Cloud for Bynder’s Revenue/Sales ecosystem. You will own end-to-end delivery, from requirements through adoption, driving pragmatic governance and AI-enabled delivery.

You will collaborate with GTM and Operations, translate business needs into concrete steps, and ensure architectural integrity while balancing

Qualifications

5+ years of solution design on the Salesforce platform.
Apex/LWC skills are a plus.
Experience with Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes, preferably SaaS.

Responsibilities

Act as hands-on project owner and design expert for Salesforce re-architecture.
Map strategy into concrete, actionable steps applying Salesforce best practices.
Guide GTM and Operations teams to stay aligned and move forward.
Own initial requirements, detailed design, technical validation, and change management.
Balance major initiatives with day-to-day support to ensure business continuity.
Design scalable solutions that minimize technical debt and balance short-term needs.
Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation and accelerate timelines.
