Job summary

Stryker is expanding its Visualization sales network in the Netherlands. As a field-based Sales Representative, you will build relationships with hospital stakeholders, understand long-term investment plans and drive capital opportunities across your territory.

You'll collaborate with clinical teams and procurement to progress complex deals, manage 18–24 month cycles, and deliver sustainable growth across major Dutch regions including Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Leiden, Breda, Tilburg

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans for Visualization, integration and related capital technology.
• Identify new business opportunities, replacement cycles, tenders, renovations and future hospital investments.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and key decision makers across your territory.
• Manage complex, long-term sales opportunities from early identification through to close.
• Prepare strategically for tenders, understanding customer needs and stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical champions and reference sites.
• Maintain accurate annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecasts and market insights.
• Collaborate across Endoscopy and other Stryker teams to deliver solutions for shared customers.
