Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Visualization to drive capital sales across the Netherlands region, covering Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with hospital leadership and clinical teams, navigate long cycles, and progress opportunities toward close.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver Visualization solutions and grow the Endoscopy portfolio, with fluency in Dutch and English and a valid driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account plans for Visualization and capital technology.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage long sales cycles.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and key decision makers.
• Manage opportunities from identification to close.
• Prepare for tenders and understand stakeholder needs.
• Develop relationships with clinical leaders and reference sites.
• Maintain annual/quarterly/monthly sales forecasts and insights.
• Collaborate with Endoscopy and other teams to deliver solutions.
