Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative, Visualization, to develop capital sales across the Netherlands, with a focus on Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Leiden, Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven and the Limburg area.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and work with clinical teams to advance visualization solutions across hospitals.

Fluency in Dutch and English, a Bachelor’s degree and a valid driving licence are required.

• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans for Visualization, integration and related capital technology.
• Identify new business opportunities, replacement cycles, tenders, renovations and future hospital investments.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and key decision makers across your territory.
• Manage complex, long-term sales opportunities from early identification through to close.
• Prepare strategically for tenders, understanding customer needs, decision processes and key stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical champions and reference sites.
• Maintain accurate annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecasts and market insights.
• Collaborate across Endoscopy and other Stryker teams to deliver solutions for shared customers.
