Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Visualization in the Netherlands. The role focuses on developing capital sales opportunities, managing long sales cycles, and building relationships with hospital leadership and clinical teams across the South Netherlands, including Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Leiden, Breda, Tilburg, Eindhoven and Limburg.

You will drive territory plans, engage with procurement and finance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver endoscopy

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory and account plans for Visualization, integration and related capital technology.
• Identify new business opportunities, replacement cycles, tenders, renovations and future hospital investments.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and key decision makers across your territory.
• Manage complex, long-term sales opportunities from early identification through to close.
• Prepare strategically for tenders, understanding customer needs, decision processes and key stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical champions and reference sites.
• Maintain accurate annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecasts and market insights.
• Collaborate across Endoscopy and other Stryker teams to deliver solutions for shared customers.
