Job summary

Join Schneider Electric's global Rebates Transformation Program, a strategic initiative involving more than 40 countries worldwide. As a VIE PMO Analyst, you will support the coordination and deployment of a large-scale transformation program aimed at enhancing rebate management processes, governance, and business performance across multiple regions.

Working within an international and multicultural environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Data, Marketing, Digital, and Change Management.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring of the program roadmap and key milestones to help ensure successful delivery.
• Assist in tracking project activities, deliverables, deadlines, and action plans in collaboration with stream leaders.
• Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of project status reports, including progress updates, risks, issues, and key decisions.
• Help prepare governance materials and presentations for steering committees, leadership reviews, and program meetings.
• Support coordination across different workstreams and manage dependencies with related initiatives.
• Contribute to deployment activities in target countries by supporting local teams during transformation implementation.
• Assist in the tracking of program performance indicators and value realization metrics.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

Education

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Initial experience through internships, apprenticeships, consulting assignments, project management, business transformation, or PMO activities is highly valued.
• Exposure to international, multicultural, or cross-functional environments is a plus.

Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to build clear and impactful presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Fluent English is required, as it is the working language of the program.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving transformation context.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
