Job summary

Schneider Electric in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-value electrical distribution projects for data centers and critical infrastructure. You will drive delivery from handover to commissioning, coordinating international teams and ensuring safety, time, budget and quality targets are met.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in electrical or power projects, strong communication, stakeholder management and PMP/IPMA certification are a plus. Fluent English; Dutch an advantage.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management in electrical, industrial or critical infra projects.
  • Strong knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems and power distribution.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and managing customer relationships.
  • Commercial awareness including project financials, risk and contracts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
  • PMP, IPMA or similar certification is a plus.
  • Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.

What will you do?
  • Manage complex customer projects from handover through commissioning and final delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams.

  • Prepare and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning activities, and handover to service teams.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • PMP, IPMA, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.
