Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a VIE PMO Analyst to support the Rebates Transformation Program, coordinating milestones and governance across multiple regions. You will work with Finance, Data, Marketing, Digital, and Change Management in an international setting to help optimize rebates management and business performance.

Ideal candidates bring internship/consulting/PMO exposure, strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, and fluency in English to communicate with global teams and prepare executive materials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring of the program roadmap and milestones to help ensure delivery.
• Assist in tracking project activities, deliverables, deadlines, and action plans with stream leaders.
• Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of project status reports, including risks, issues, and decisions.
• Prepare governance materials and presentations for steering committees and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate across workstreams and manage dependencies with related initiatives.
• Support deployment activities in target countries by assisting local teams during implementation.
• Track program performance indicators and value realization metrics.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across functions and geographies.
