Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Global Logistics leader to drive Value-Added Services operations across our worldwide customer base. You will optimize staffing, training, workflow coordination, and performance against targets while promoting safety and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze operational data, lead continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate audits, and collaborate with Quality, Planning, Engineering, and Customer Service to support growth, new products, and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• MBO or HBO in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
• 4+ years warehousing/operations experience or 3+ years in a team leadership role.
• Experience with health and safety, regulatory, hazardous materials requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Value-Added Services operations with staffing, training, workflow coordination, and target attainment.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain health and safety, regulatory, quality, and hazardous materials compliance while promoting a safe and inclusive workplace.
• Coach and develop team through training and development planning to improve capability and engagement.
• Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, SOP reviews, and corrective action activities for ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Engineering, CS, and others to support priorities, new products, and process improvements.
• Support resource planning, warehouse layout optimisation, equipment utilization, and growth initiatives.

Education

MBO or HBO in Logistics, Supply Chain, Ops Mgmt

ISO 13485 or quality system knowledge

Dutch or German language proficiency (preferred)
