Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of warehousing, logistics, or operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience with warehouse operations and optimisation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kit assembly operations to meet service, quality, and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal procedures.
• Monitor KPIs such as fill rate, on-time/in-full delivery, and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in a regulated environment.
• Optimise layouts, storage solutions, and workflows to support growth.
• Train and develop team members for safe, compliant operations.
