Job summary

Stryker is seeking a leader for Global Logistics focused on Value-Added Services (VAS) to drive operational excellence across worldwide customers. You will ensure compliance and safety standards, coach teams, and lead continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery.

In this role you will influence warehouse performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Minimum 4 years of warehousing or operations experience, or 3 years in a team leadership role.
• Experience in regulated environments (ISO 13485 or equivalent).
• Experience with health and safety, regulatory, hazardous materials, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Value-Added Services operations with staffing, training, workflow coordination, and target achievement.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety, regulatory, quality, and hazardous materials requirements.
• Coach and develop team members through training, performance support, and development planning to improve capability and engagement.
• Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, SOP reviews, and corrective action activities to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Engineering, Customer Service, and other functions to support priorities and process improvements.
• Support resource planning, warehouse layout optimisation, equipment utilisation, and readiness for growth.
