Job summary

Codekeeper, a remote-first software escrow company with a central office in The Hague, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (US Time Zone). You’ll drive inbound and outbound sales, deliver online demos, and build relationships with potential customers.

You’ll collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment, focusing on demonstrating the value of our platform, nurturing leads, and advancing opportunities across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Problem-solving skills: identify and address customer pain points.
• Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
• Time management to meet targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on potential solutions and building strong relationships.
• Preparing outbound outreach campaigns and email sequences, and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Identifying, prospecting and contacting new leads via inbound/outbound channels.
• A/B testing different approaches to optimize results and improve conversion rates.
• Conducting online platform demos to showcase products' benefits and features.
• Creating and negotiating offers to close deals with potential customers.
• Upselling to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.
