Codekeeper, a remote-first software escrow company with a central office in The Hague, is seeking a Business Development Representative. You will drive inbound sales growth, identify new leads, and demonstrate the value of our SaaS Source Code Escrow platform to customers.

You will also provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales, strong English communication, and enjoy solving customer problems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to identify and address customer pain points.
• Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
• Time management to meet targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, team player and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Advise customers on potential solutions and build strong relationships.
• Prepare email sequences and respond promptly to customer emails.
• Identify and contact new leads through inbound channels via email or phone.
• A/B test different approaches to optimize results and conversions.
• Conduct online platform demos to showcase product benefits.
• Create and negotiate offers to close deals with customers.
• Upsell to active customers by identifying additional value.
