Job summary

Codekeeper is seeking an Account Manager to drive inbound SaaS sales for our Source Code Escrow platform. You’ll turn conversations into partnerships, advise on solutions, and foster long-term relationships with diverse clients.

Based in the Netherlands with a remote-first approach, you’ll collaborate with a startup-minded team, manage email sequences, demos, and offers, and help optimize conversion while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills with customer pain-point resolution.
• Comfort using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
• Time management to handle multiple prospects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on potential solutions and build strong relationships through customer service.
• Prepare email sequences and respond promptly to customer emails professionally.
• Identify and contact new leads through inbound channels via email or phone.
• A/B test approaches to improve conversion and outcomes.
• Conduct online demos to showcase product benefits and features.
