Job summary

Hunkemöller B.V. is seeking a Manager Unified Commerce to lead the technology behind every customer touchpoint—webshop, app, stores and loyalty platforms.

You will shape the product roadmap with business stakeholders, build a capable team, and own end-to-end delivery of the Unified Commerce program. You’ll drive the EVA platform implementation, partner with New Black, Adyen, Bloomreach and Tradebyte, and evolve the landscape to be simpler and more product-driven.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years leading technology teams in an agile omnichannel retail environment.
• Able to coach and empower teams to deliver value.
• Understands composable, headless, APIs and SaaS.
• Comfortable discussing architecture without being the architect.
• Thinks in products and outcomes with backlog to roadmap.
• Commercially sharp with vendors and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 20 FTE (direct + indirect) including Product Owners, Developers and Analysts.
• Coach the digital development team to adopt agentic agile practices and AI-enabled delivery.
• Drive Unified Commerce transformation and EVA implementation to replace legacy landscape.
• Shift from reactive to product-led with value-focused roadmaps.
• Ensure reliable platforms with measurable KPIs and governance.
• Manage partners and domain budget, negotiating commercial terms.
