Job summary

Hunkemöller is seeking a Manager Unified Commerce to steward the technology behind every customer interaction—web, app, stores, OMS, marketplaces, and loyalty/CRM. You will build and lead a team of ~20, guiding product-led outcomes and prioritized roadmaps with business stakeholders.

You report to the Head of IT Service Delivery and collaborate with domain managers across Technology Enablement, Supply Chain & Finance, and Business Enablement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading technology teams in agile omnichannel retail.
• Experience with platform transformations (OMS, POS or commerce).
• Strong ability to translate backlog into a roadmap and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 20 FTE (direct and indirect) including POs, developers, analysts and agilists.
• Drive the Unified Commerce transformation and ensure EVA delivers business value.
• Shift from reactive support to product-led roadmaps based on business value.
• Partner with eCommerce, Retail, CRM/Loyalty, Customer Service and Marketplaces.
• Maintain a stable, measurable operation with KPIs and automated workflows.
• Manage partners and budgets with key suppliers and terms.
