Job summary

Hunkemöller is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to elevate the online journey across web and app. You will own end-to-end design, from research to high-fidelity execution, in a hands-on role.

You’ll collaborate with product managers and developers to turn user insights into intuitive, conversion-focused experiences, maintaining brand consistency and a scalable design approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Digital Product Designer.
• Experience across the full design cycle: research to validation.
• Proven experience in e‑commerce, combining optimisation and innovation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design for web & mobile.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex challenges into intuitive solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams in an agile environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a customer-first and commercially driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end design for web and app, from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct user research and discovery to uncover customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Validate design solutions through testing and experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to create customer-centric and conversion-optimised journeys.
• Contribute to design consistency and scalable UX practices across digital touchpoints.
• Drive continuous optimisation through data-informed design decisions.
