Job summary

Hunkemöller is seeking a Manager Unified Commerce to lead the technology behind every customer interaction—webshop, app, stores, order management, marketplaces, and loyalty. You’ll shape direction, prioritize with stakeholders, and build a team that owns products end to end.

You’ll coach a team of about 20 FTE, drive the Unified Commerce transformation, shift from ticket-driven to product roadmaps, and partner across eCommerce, Retail, CRM/Loyalty, and Marketplaces to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years leading technology teams in an agile omnichannel retail environment.
• Experience with platform transformations such as OMS, POS or commerce.
• Able to translate backlog items into a credible product roadmap and business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 20 FTE (direct + indirect) including Product Owners and Developers.
• Drive the Unified Commerce transformation and phase out legacy systems.
• Shift from ticket-driven support to product roadmaps aligned with business value.
• Partner with eCommerce, Retail, CRM/Loyalty, Customer Service and Marketplaces.
• Run a stable, measurable operation with KPIs and automated workflows.
• Manage partners and domain budget with key vendors.
