Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Enterprise Offering – Unified Commerce to own the end-to-end omnichannel enterprise offering, globally and domestically. You will define the long‑term vision and lead commercialization and go‑to‑market in partnership with Product and Commercial teams.

You will translate customer needs into differentiated offerings, drive GTM execution, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure readiness and growth across industries.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience spanning commercial, strategy, and product roles.
• Experience in (in-person) payments is a strict requirement.
• Customer success is the north star with direct customer interactions.
• Able to synthesize global feedback into structured, actionable insights.
• Strategic thinker with ability to influence cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define the long- and short-term commercial value proposition for the Unified Commerce offering.
• Package, bundle, and scale the Enterprise Offering across verticals and regions.
• Own GTM execution and collaborate with Product, Marketing and regional teams to drive adoption.
