Qualifications

• Experience in UK market or native English required.
• Strong attention to detail and precise administrative work.
• Experience in order processing, sales support, customer service or logistics administration.
• Well organized with good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders for the UK market.
• Monitor orders through the entire process and meet deadlines.
• Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed about order status and changes.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, availability and delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Finance to resolve order issues.
• Follow up on delays, stock availability and changes to orders.
• Manage amendments, cancellations, rescheduling and other changes.
• Maintain accurate order administration and up-to-date information.
• Support the wider team with day-to-day order management and customer service activities.
